Do you ship internationally?

How long will it take to receive my order?
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order is on its way.

Can I change or cancel my order?
We process orders quickly to get them to you fast. Please contact us immediately if you need to make a change. We will try our best to accommodate your request if your order has not yet entered the fulfillment process.

I entered the wrong shipping address. What should I do?
Please contact us right away. We can often update the address if the order has not shipped. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
We offer returns on full-price items within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached. For details, please see our full Return Policy.

How do I start a return or exchange?
The easiest way is to initiate a return through your account on our website. Log in, find your order, and follow the instructions to generate a return authorization and a prepaid return shipping label.

How long do refunds take to process?
Please allow 7-10 business days for your return to be delivered to our warehouse. After inspection, refunds are processed within 3-5 business days and are issued to the original payment method. The time it takes for the refund to appear on your statement depends on your financial institution.

What items are final sale?
All sale items, items marked as “Final Sale,” and gift cards are not eligible for return or exchange.

Do you restock sold-out items?
